BFCA schedules Three Day Seminar on the 2006 International Residential Code

Dates: Feb. 2-4
Location: Hoffman Estates, IL

This 3-day program is based on the 2006 International Residential Code, and covers the use and application of basic building planning requirements for wall, floor, ceiling, roof framing, and materials. In addition to the first 10 chapters of the code, students will use a well-illustrated workbook that provides examples of common code situations with practical problem-solving applications. Instructors will emphasize intent and rationale while working with difficult or unusual field situations, assisting students in identifying alternatives that satisfy the overall objective.
