Understanding Building Department Basics Class Scheduled for Davenport, Iowa in September

HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL —The Building & Fire Code Academy is offering the two-day seminar on Understanding Building Department Basics©. Whether you are part of an experienced technical staff, non-technical support staff, or a new inspector, this two-day course is essential for the efficient operation of your building department.
Scheduled for September 16-17, 2008 in the Davenport, Iowa area, this class is a must for new staff members. The class will meet from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day

Cost is $295.00. Deadline for enrollment is September 2, 2008.

The Building & Fire Code Academy is an International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) authorized provider and an American Institute of Architects/Continuing Education System (AIA/CES) registered provider. Students completing courses receive .6 continuing education units, contact hours and/or state credit where applicable. Architects completing classes earn six learning units. All courses qualify for health, safety and welfare credit.
